To cancel your account please login to your account at meridiq.com/web or in the app and go to settings. Navigate to the tab “Billing” and click “cancel” under your subscription and this will stop the subscription. Your account will still be accessible in read only mode so you can access the patient records. After 30 days the account will be blocked and you will no longer have access to any data.
