Do I have to buy every module?
No. You switch on the modules you need and can add more later in the MERIDIQ app store. Integrations such as Stripe, Viva Wallet and Google Calendar are included at no extra cost. See current prices on the pricing page.
Where is patient data stored?
Patient data is encrypted, stored on servers within the EU/EEA and backed up regularly. Access is controlled with role-based permissions and activity is logged.
Does MERIDIQ process payments itself?
No. MERIDIQ is not a payment institution. It integrates with payment providers such as Stripe and Viva Wallet, so card, contactless, Klarna and online payments run through those providers.
Can I move data from my current system?
Yes. You can import your patient register, consent forms, documents and upcoming appointments, so the clinic can switch without starting from scratch.
Does MERIDIQ work on phones and tablets?
Yes. MERIDIQ is web-based and runs in the browser on computer, tablet and phone. There is nothing to install.
